Savage used a brown cover art deco catalogue for 1937, 1938 and 1939. Normally the catalogues used for 1938 and 1939 mention 2 3/4 inch chambers while those used for 1937 don't. They tried a drastic price cut for 1938, dropping the price of the Fox-Sterlingworth from $42.85 to $35. The orange Fox-Sterlingworth brochure shows this $35 price.
